Fran Bundey

Fran Bundey is a Leeds based electronic vocal looping musician who likes to make a massive noise.

Through the use of two iPads and a TC Helicon VoiceLive Touch Fran makes a big fat live noise by layering up drums, harmonies and sounds creating groovy beats and vibey, euphoric choruses.

With influences like Kimbra, Imogen Heap and Charlotte Gainsbourg, Fran aims to challenge the status quo, act as an innovative sonic explorer and add a human element to electronic music. Every element in Fran’s tracks are all made live on the fly, celebrating the imperfections which add interesting nuances to the groove of the music.

Her first two singles ‘Mine Yourself’ and ‘Forty Nine To One’ have both been played on BBC Introducing West Yorkshire.

It’s hugely important for Fran as a solo female artist using technology to make lots of noise and occupy space.
